Agreement to Receive Marketing Communications

By completing our qualification form and registering for our webinar program, you agree to receive marketing communications from Vacation Promotions and our travel partners regarding exclusive vacation offers, promotional updates, and related travel opportunities.

This agreement outlines the types of communications you may receive and your rights to manage these communications.

1. Types of Communications

As a registered participant, you consent to receive the following types of communications:

• Webinar Confirmations: Registration details, webinar links, timing, and preparatory information
• Promotional Offers: Exclusive vacation packages, limited-time deals, and travel incentives tailored to your profile
• Partner Communications: Cruise lines, resort partners, and affiliated travel companies may contact you with special promotional offers
• Status Updates: Information about your qualification status, gift package details, and booking confirmations
• Travel Resources: Tips, guides, and educational content about travel planning and maximizing your vacation experience
• Follow-Up Communications: Post-webinar check-ins and offers related to your expressed travel interests

Communications may be sent via email, phone, text message, or other contact methods you provide.

2. Frequency

Marketing communications may be sent regularly, including but not limited to:

• Weekly promotional offers and travel updates
• Monthly exclusive deal notifications
• Time-sensitive limited offers (varying frequency)
• Occasional partner communications

We will not send more than necessary to keep you informed of relevant opportunities and important updates regarding your webinar and vacation package.

• One (1) year following your webinar attendance or program completion
• Until you request removal from our communications list

You can terminate this agreement at any time by following the unsubscribe procedures outlined in Section 6.
